I am just highly impressed at the care and concern that they put forth to take care of their customers. After finding out that my very small prescription was very expensive for what it was, they went the extra mile with my insurance company in finding out why it was different then before and worked with my doctor on the prescription to rectify the issue. To say the least, I was highly impressed with the personal type of care and concern for me. We are not personal friends with this Pharmacist or anyone that works there but I wouldn't mind if we were. They're obviously great at what they do! If you want to deal with somebody that actually cares about you (for no reason), the service that they provide, and are a true professional, this is the Pharmacist and place for you. I may go see a doctor in Denton, but I'll get my prescriptions filled in Ponder!
Robert is the best. He's so nice! He remembers us and asks about the whole family when I go in.
Today was my first time going to this pharmacy and it was wonderful that the pharmacist came over and asked me my child's symptoms this way I made sure to get the best medicine possible to help her feel better. It's nice to walk into a place that genuinely cares!
